FAQ

Here are some questions you might have about our store:

1. How do I order a product?
Simple! Just use the search tool to assist in what you're looking for, click the item, then 'Add to Cart'. In the top right, next to the Search tool is your Cart. Clicking here will then take you through the ordering process.

2. How long will it take to get to my house?
Depends where in Australia you live, and also the product.
Most products will take up to a week to arrive at your door. Currently, some products like KIWI Design products may take up to two weeks as they are shipping from overseas.

3. How much is shipping?
No matter where you are in Australia, shipping is free for orders over $75!
If your order is smaller than that, shipping is a low, $11.95 flat fee, whether you live in the City of Perth or in Rural Victoria! How good is that?

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kronosarcade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. What if I want a refund or return? What do I do?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You'll need to send the product back to our address:
7 Hugo Place, Quakers Hill, 2763, Sydney Australia.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kronosarcade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

6. Can I pick up the product?
Yes, if you live in Sydney or any towns or suburbs outside of Sydney. (Anywhere else might be a bit too far)
